We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. Please read our store policies below for details on returns, shipping, and product care.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

  • Custom or personalized artworks are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

To initiate a return, please email us at e-commerce@thenaturalfocus.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include clear photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 2–14 business days within Australia.

We package all artworks securely to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production or packing may have begun, and we may be unable to cancel the order.

Custom Orders

For custom or commissioned pieces, we’ll work closely with you to finalize the design before production.
Custom pieces are non-refundable once work has begun, except in the case of defects or damage in transit.
